20 years in residential property development gives me the right to be confident in my approach to the whole process. 

How many times you witnessed an incredibly beautiful place being not comfortable to live in? Small details make a huge difference when it comes to the way the door opens, or lack of storages, a dining room being too far from the kitchen or the doors clashing... 

My projects always begin with the space arrangement, sunlight consideration and lifestyle needs of the family. Then technical aspects of the needs come to consideration. And finally desired shapes and colours define the design within an affordable budget. There are lots of things to be simultaneously taken care of, which makes me very excited at the beginning of every new project. I am never tired of looking for the best option and never run out of ideas. 

Apart from working on part or complete property developments, I offer a “second opinion” on any residential project. Why is it important? 

When one decides to build his home and spends time and money on a full architectural and/or design project it is important to make sure there are no obvious mistakes. Usually, design companies do not like to give their opinion on someone else’s project as they are interested to offer their own project for a significant price. 

Though, such “second opinion” may bring either a confidence that all important aspects of the project were taken into account, or provide some thoughts and ideas for further discussion with the main contractor. Such opinion doesn’t cost much and may save money in the future. This is the way not to be disappointed once the project is completed and it’s too late for the mistakes to be corrected.
